Guidelines to fill the form for the notified Non-Teaching Positions:

Important Instructions:-

1.Internal employee (regular/permanent only) must mention SAMARTH registered mobile number (applicant’s mobile number) at the time of signup in recruitment portal https://cujammunt.samarth.edu.in/. Application fee will be charged in case of incorrect mobile number and date of birth.

2.Only internal employees of Central University of Jammu are exempted from payment of application fee of Rs 1000/-. Such candidates must opt YES in the column Employee of this University/Institution and mention SAMARTH issued employee code available in his/her SAMARTH portal account.

3.External /Outsourced /Contractual candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee.

4.Candidates must check his/her eligibility and age as per the Employment Notification No. 30 ,31 and 32. Candidature of ineligible and overaged candidates will be summarily rejected without any refund of fee.

5.Candidate applying under multiple categories of same post must create separate username and password for signup.

6. Candidates who had applied under Employment Notification No. 29 dated 30.10.2023 need not to apply afresh. They will be considered for scrutiny/screening as per terms and conditions of this advertisement. However, those who desire to update their details / qualification or experiences, etc. need to apply afresh by giving the reference of previous application form No. (Under Employment Notification No. 29 dated 30.10.2023) to get exemption from the fee.
